Who doesn't have them, right? I mean we are looking to spend millions of dollars again next year to effectively educate the students of Oxford, Pre-K through 12th grade and efficiently operate the school and that should generate questions.
We will be presenting the new proposed budget on Thursday April 1, 2010, however now is the time to ask questions...
If you have any questions, please give me a call. 908-453-4101, x2101. Of course you can email me here at the school as well, bmagnuson@oxfordcentral.org.
Come on, send me a question!!!
Till next time...

How much money was saved by eliminating the courtesy busing? It seems like the school population keeps going down, then why are the buses overcrowded? Are there any seats open on the bus and if so will they be offered up as courtesy seats once again?
The vote to eliminate the courtesy busing saved more than $20,000. The school population has remained steady and the buses are not overcrowded. The buses have space for 54 students and there are days when everyone who is permitted to ride the bus, actually gets on and rides. We do not have seats on the buses that are unused. The vote to eliminate courtesy busing in our district would not allow us to open up seats, if they were available.
